Up Next Multi-Calendar setup
About 5 minutes. Puts your work and personal Google calendars side by side on your Corsair XENEON EDGE with a live countdown and one-tap Join. Read-only; it never changes your calendar.
The widget comes from the Elgato Marketplace. The Calendar Helper is a free download here — unzip it, open the UpNextCalendarHelper folder, and double-click Install-Helper.cmd.
Before you buy
- Google Calendar only. Tested with Google Calendar's Secret address in iCal format. Outlook and iCloud are not supported.
- Work or school accounts. Some IT admins turn that address off. If you can't find it in Google Calendar settings, check with IT first.
- Keep the address private. Anyone with the link can see that calendar. If it leaks, click Reset next to it in Google Calendar and paste the new one into iCUE.
What you need
- Corsair XENEON EDGE
- Windows 10 or 11
- iCUE 5.47 or later
- A Google Calendar secret iCal address for each calendar you want (up to 3)
- The Up Next Multi-Calendar widget from the Elgato Marketplace

Why there's a small helper
XENEON EDGE widgets run like web pages, and Google's calendar feed blocks those from reading it directly. The Calendar Helper runs on your PC, fetches your feed, and hands it to the widget.
- Listens only on your PC (
127.0.0.1, port 8765). Nothing else on your network can reach it. - Only fetches Google Calendar addresses.
- Needs no admin rights; installs only for your Windows user.
- Keeps a last-good copy locally so the screen stays filled during a blip. Nothing is sent to GhostTheVet Labs.
Setup steps
- Install the helper. Download the Calendar Helper Then: unzip the file, open the
UpNextCalendarHelperfolder, and double-clickInstall-Helper.cmd. When it says "Helper is running", you're done. It starts on its own each time you sign in to Windows. If Windows SmartScreen asks, choose More info › Run anyway. You can openWorkCalendarHelper.ps1in Notepad first. - Import the widget. In iCUE open your XENEON EDGE › Widgets › + and choose
UpNextMultiCalendar.icuewidget(or double-click the file). Approve permissions for127.0.0.1/localhostport 8765 andcalendar.google.com. - Copy your calendar address. In Google Calendar on the web: gear › Settings › pick your calendar under "Settings for my calendars" › Integrate calendar › copy Secret address in iCal format (ends in
basic.ics). No such field? Your admin turned it off. - Paste it into iCUE. Select the widget › Calendar › paste into Calendar 1 secret iCal address. Leave Data source on Local helper (recommended).
- Optional. Add Calendar 2 and 3 with their own labels and colors, set Day/Week view, alert timings, Stop the flash, theme, and refresh interval (default 5 minutes). Add your email under Alerts to hide meetings you've declined.
Using it
- Tap Day / Week / Month to switch views, and the arrows to move between days.
- Tap ▶ Join to open the meeting link in your browser.
- When an alert is pulsing or flashing, silence it the way you set under Stop the flash: tap Join, or tap anywhere on the screen (default). If a meeting has no Join link, any tap silences it.
Troubleshooting
- "Helper not reachable": run
Install-Helper.cmdagain, then open http://127.0.0.1:8765/health in a browser. It should sayok. - A calendar shows an error: re-copy its secret address. It must start with
https://calendar.google.com/. - A change in Google isn't showing yet: Google can take a few minutes to update the feed.
- Remove everything: delete the widget in iCUE, then run
uninstall-helper.ps1from theUpNextCalendarHelperfolder (right-click › Run with PowerShell).

Up Next Multi-Calendar is a reminder aid to help you stay on top of your schedule. It is not a guarantee that you will never miss a meeting or appointment.
- Alerts depend on your Google Calendar feed, iCUE, your PC, and your internet connection.
- Alerts can be delayed or missed because of bugs, outages, setup issues, or other unforeseen problems.
- You are responsible for your own schedule.
- To the extent the law allows, GhostTheVet Labs is not liable for missed meetings or appointments or any resulting losses. The widget is provided as-is.
